First off I never thought I would be able to own a property in California, but Justin helped me tremendously and now I have achieved a life goal.
He is a busy man but yet is always available and able to take my silly calls and questions. He was supper knowledgeable on everything and if he was not he would bring in his partner Saskia Feain who was also super helpful.
If neither of them knew the answer (which only happened once) they found the answer for me within the hour.
I was introduced to a great lender with his help and her help. I bought a fantastic apartment in down town San Jose. Even after buying the property they still keep in contact with me and help me.

Justin didn’t seem to be interested at all in providing his service, didn’t reply to my Zillow request. Even after I called him, he didn’t get back to me as he promised. He provided a date and time of when he was going to be at the property only when I called him for the second time.
I didn’t have a good experience talking with him, which made me lose the interest in the apartment, since I wouldn’t like to deal with him in the future.

It was a pleasure working with Justin and his associate, Saskia. They knew the area well, and had no problem answering any questions I had about the homes I was interested in, or about the home-buying process — and I had many questions since this was my first home! They were also timely and responsive, and just pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them.

We are very lucky to have been working with Justin and Saskia. We are first-time home buyers, so we didn't know much about what we want and how the process would look like. Justin and Saskia were proactively educating and guiding us through every step and helped us find an amazing townhouse for us. Justin also negotiated a great price! They are both super professional and knowledgable, always quick and responsive. After we bought the house, they kept helping us with all the numerous questions we had.
