Most agents can tell you what a house is worth today. I can also tell you what it could be worth, and exactly what it will cost to get there.

I was born and raised in Hampton Roads. This is my home, not my territory, and the people here are my neighbors before they're ever my clients.

I work on two sides of the same business. As an Associate Broker with Atlantic Sotheby's International Realty, I represent buyers, sellers, and investors across Hampton Roads. As the owner of Image Home Development, I build, renovate, and manage property myself. That combination changes what I'm able to see when I walk through a house with you. This knowledge and expertise has landed me in the top 1% of agents in the Hampton Roads area.

I know the business, I know the numbers, and I take the responsibility of representing my clients seriously. But I also believe the experience should be enjoyable. Buying or selling a home is a big deal, but that doesn't mean every conversation has to feel like a board meeting. I like to keep things relaxed, straightforward, and personal while making sure the details are handled the right way.

Outside of real estate, you'll usually find me in the gym, playing recreational sports, spending time on the water, or enjoying Hampton Roads with friends and family. I'm competitive by nature, whether that's in business or a pickup game, and I bring that same energy when I'm negotiating for my clients.

Some of my favorite client relationships are the ones where, somewhere along the way, it stops feeling like we're just doing a transaction together. We have some fun, get to know each other, and by closing day it feels more like I'm helping a friend make a great decision.
