I was having to relocate here from Pennsylvania and was not able to look at properties in person. Nick went above and beyond with my search, and would video call to show me everything. He was very upfront in answering all of my questions, with the hurricanes happening days before my closing and all the flooding, there were a lot of obstacles and reinspections to deal with.he did an amazing job helping me through it all. I’m extremely happy with how he handled the whole process. I love my new place!

Nicholas was fantastic. Handling everything in town while we were up in Pennsylvania listing our property to get ready to move to Port Orange. We came to town for a weekend and he set up all the showings and took us to new construction communities that we were interested, and ending up purchasing in as well. All around 10/10.
