Nick has been outstanding throughout this whole process! Going from home to home constantly and trying to balance all the information that comes with it has been proving itself to be very stressful as of late. Which is why I really appreciate how prepared and professional Nick has been. I was having to relocate here from Pennsylvania and was not able to look at properties in person. Nick went above and beyond with my search, and would video call to show me everything. He was very upfront in answering all of my questions, with the hurricanes happening days before my closing and all the flooding, there were a lot of obstacles and reinspections to deal with.he did an amazing job helping me through it all. Nicholas had called me to ask about me looking for homes in Ormond Beach. Although I'm not ready to buy a house, he answered my questions about property insurance rates, where to get great food in town, and how far away the schools were for homes i was originally interested in. very polite young man and knows the area well.

Nicholas was fantastic. Handling everything in town while we were up in Pennsylvania listing our property to get ready to move to Port Orange. We came to town for a weekend and he set up all the showings and took us to new construction communities that we were interested, and ending up purchasing in as well. All around 10/10.
I love giving younger people experience which is why I was happy to work with Nicholas. We were originally looking at a re-sale home in the official LPGA community. However when that home did not live up to expectations, Nicholas pointed us in the direction of some new build communities happening on LPGA. We ended up buying an ICI home with Nick's guidance. An upstanding young man who worked hard for us! We are very happy in our new home in Daytona Beach!
