Nicole did an amazing job with the sale of our property. The ground was frozen so, she actually sold the house before we even got the sign in the ground! I believe it was four days total on the market before we had a qualified buyer make an offer. She helped us through every step and the entire process was very smooth.

She answered our questions or helped us get them, however simple or complex. She even helped us engage cleaning services for after the purchase. A very positive experience!

Love her! Her attention to detail was great. She made sure our needs and wants were met. She was very helpful on helping us find a wonderful home that we are proud of. She did not seem concerned about her commission on our sale but more focused on making sure we had a great experience while making sure we got the house we fell in love with. She worked well with our lender and was great about making sure we were comfortable and knew what to expect through the entire process. Nicole went above and beyond to make sure that everything noted in the home inspection was addressed with the sellers so we would have no worries. I don't believe this process would have been as quick and smooth without her. She really treated us like family and we will never use any other realtor.
