Over the past year, Indian Hills has seen typical home values dip about 6.1 percent, landing around $535,000 in March 2026. At the same time, Douglas County has held steady near $665,000, highlighting that Indian Hills is currently priced lower than the broader county.
In the latest month, median list prices in Indian Hills climbed to roughly $639,500, up about 11 percent from the prior month. Homes are moving faster than before, with median days on market down nearly 51 percent month over month to about 57 days, and pending sales have surged roughly 88.9 percent compared with last year.
Supply conditions are tight, with only 38 homes for sale in March and about 2.2 months of inventory, supporting the area’s Seller's Market label.
