Year-over-year, Indian Hills home values in this rolling three-month view are down, with the typical home value falling about 15 percent and the median list price sliding roughly 18 percent. Even with lower prices, activity has picked up compared with a year ago, as homes sold are up about 68 percent and pending sales have risen around 8 percent.
