Round Hill Village’s rolling three-month data through September 2026 shows a sharp year-over-year shift in prices and activity. The typical home value is up dramatically from a year ago, rising about 73 percent, while the median list price is down roughly 39 percent, suggesting sellers are pricing more realistically even as closed values climb.
