Octavia was absolutely amazing! Very informative, patient, compassionate, and caring. I would have not been able to get through this process without her assistance. She listened to me, knew what I was looking for, and was very patient with me, as I am a new, first time home owner. My friend had referred her to me a few years ago when she had purchased her new home, and had nothing but wonderful things to say about Ms. Octavia. In the future, when anyone I come in contact needs a realtor, hands down, Octavia will be my first and only choice. Excellent, awesome, the bomb.com!!!

Again, Octavia was the best realtor to work with during this journey of mine. There's not one bad thing I can say about Octavia because she was just that great!!! I am a first time home buyer and she made the experience worth wild. I would recommend her to others because she's just great at what she does and took her time to explain things which I didn't know. I can say with all honesty that Ms. Samuels is the best broker that I have had the pleasure of working with. From beginning to end Octavia was always at the top of her game and I always felt like she had my best intrest at heart. Guiding me through the entire process with as many hurdles that came along Octavia jumped over them like she was in the Olympics. Octavia Samuels was a great help, showed professionalism and knowledge throughout the selling process of my house! I would only call her for all my real estate needs! I recommend Octavia 100% without any doubt! I live out of state and she even helped me find reliable and affordable contractors to make the repairs needed after the inspection.
