About
For over 20 years, I have not only advised clients but also personally bought and sold properties in Florida and New York, both as residences and investments. I know what it takes to find and secure the best property for one’s lifestyle and needs. My belief is that any real estate purchase, whether residential or commercial, must be a sound investment. I joined the Douglas Elliman teams in Florida and New York, bringing with me a distinguished background and experience as a Broker/Owner, Appraiser, and Ad Valorem Tax Consultant. My market knowledge, valuation expertise, analytical abilities, and sense of style and current trends ensure that my clients get the most out of their real estate holdings when selling and the best deal available during acquisition.
My real estate career began in 1996 with Moscow's premier property services firm, CB Richard Ellis Noble Gibbons, where I quickly amassed a network of international clients and business contacts while assisting Fortune 500 companies in expanding into Russia. Inspired to establish my residence in the U.S., I earned my real estate license in New York in 1998. My savvy business sense and personal pedigree quickly led to success in brokering sales of residential homes, condominiums, multifamily buildings, mixed-use properties, and redevelopment opportunities in New York's energetic and influential market.
To master my property valuation skills and gain better insights into property market dynamics, I completed NYU courses qualifying for General Appraiser Certification. My experience with land use and zoning regulations, as well as construction and development management, helps clients buy value-add properties and vacant land.
Born and raised in Moscow, I studied and practiced ballet from the age of eight in a prominent Moscow children's dance group. After receiving my Bachelor's degree in English language and literature, my career brought me to the U.S., where I played a pivotal role in organizing the Russian Ballet Tour of the Nutcracker during the challenging times of the USSR disintegration. My “make things happen” attitude remains with me to this day.
