My wife and I weren't planning on buying a house for a few more years, but we did know one thing for sure: we wanted to buy our house with Parker on our team! When we fell in love with a house from its pictures alone, we contacted Parker to set up a showing "just to see." Well... turns out it was "the one," and Parker could NOT have possibly been a better realtor for us! Not only did he go above and beyond to make sure we understood everything about the process before even looking at any properties, he was an amazing resource for us during the home buying process. If we had a question or concern, Parker was available to answer or find out the answers for us. He made the home buying process smoother than I could have ever imagined. We felt like we were buying a home with a friend, not a realtor. His kindness, thoughtfulness, and knowledge are much appreciated and will not be soon forgotten. Thank you for everything, Parker! Made buying my first home easy!

Parker came to my rescue when we were in a pinch. We moved from Indiana to Michigan and Parker went above and beyond, in my opinion, to work out the kinks for us.

I appreciated Parker's responsiveness to any text or phone call from me if I had any questions? He walked me through all the sometimes confusing paperwork and made it more understandable for me. I would highly recommend him as a Real Estate agent for anyone ooking to Buy or Sell a Home.

Parker was amazing to partner with in our adventure to find a lake front cottage. We happened across him when requesting to walk through a cottage we saw on Zillow and Parker responded. Boy, did we hit the jackpot!

When I say he went above and beyond, I truly mean it! Because our search radius was quite large, Parker ended up driving far our of his jurisdiction multiple times and sometimes without us because we live out of state. More than a few times, he would research the area to ensure we could AirBnB the property, or if we could install WiFi, etc. Finally, he was knowdledgable about construction / maintenance of the properties and the mortgage process.

Not only did he help us to find the perfect property for our needs, and we were pretty picky, he walked us through every step of the process with patience and diligence. We were making our purchase from several states away and Parker kept in contact with us regularly, went above and beyond with several trips to the property double and triple checking things for us. When a step in the purchasing process looked like it might be hitting a snag, Parker sometimes had to poke, prod, or push the seller's agent, the finance partner, or title company providing assistance to keep the process moving forward. Parker Gray made a difficult process for me easy. He was my agent for selling my home and purchasing a new home. Parker absolutely helped me navigate the decisions and complications that came up (even working from a Detroit Lions game at one point!!). He is very responsive to questions and with advice, but he does not push you make any specific decisions; Parker is great at explaining the options and pros / cons so that you can make an informed decision. I highly recommend him for the greater Kalamazoo area as well, as he is from here and knows the neighborhoods like the back of his hand.

Working with Parker was a great experience, he is very knowledgeable about the housing industry and so helpful, especially for us because we just bought our first home, and had no clue what we were doing! Parker did an awesome job selling my house. It is obvious he has a lot of experience in real estate because any curve ball that was thrown at us, he was quick to communicate which strategies were at our disposal - without being pushy about it. I could tell he had my best intrest at heart througout the process. For instance, i believe there were at least 3 times throughout the process where he had to pull comps again to see if an offer was reasonable or not, and he didnt drag his feet doing it. Parker was great at presenting the pertinent information, and allowing me to make decisions. I very highly recommend Parker Gray to anyone with a need for a realtor.
