About Tricia Norkus

After years of working under another broker, I received my brokers license in 2009 and opened my own office. Everyday was a new learning experience and I took it all in. I recently closed my office and changed brokerages to concentrate on my clients and not the day to day operations of running a brokerage. I thoroughly love my job and honed my skills to navigate the complexities of the home buying / selling process.

I have lived in Monmouth County my entire life and know the different boroughs, schools, parks and the many wonderful amenities our county has to offer.

I enjoy boating, golf, walking the boardwalk in Ocean Grove or Long Branch along with our many trails in our MC Park System. I am taking up golf.

We were referred to Tricia thru a friend, but my cousin was also an agent. Tricia was very honest and told us to work with my cousin if that made us the most comfortable. It wasn't but he was family and didn't want to hear the complaints. Tricia didn't call us or ask us to work with her. Total professional and we really liked her and knew she knew her stuff. We told my cousin we were going to work with Tricia. At first, she was mad and yelled but when I explained Tricia's experience of the area, she had to agree we were in great hands. 5 stars!
