Let me tell you one thing Katie is great , we called 1 day she was out the next day . She took all our information asked my wife and I what we were thinking, told us her ideas what she would do for us and by god that’s what she did, She’s very professional and I personally think very trustworthy she handled everything kept us informed on everything that Was going on we didn’t have to worry about anything . She put the house on the market on a Monday flooded us with prospective buyers . Well 2 days later we took the house off the market, she had sold it for 50, 000 more than we were asking for !! I just wish I could have taken her with us to Florida to help us buy our new home .
