We are a husband and wife team. We have been in the real estate industry since 2002. We have years of experience in real estate title and processing. We have been selling real estate since 2013. Scott has been a mortgage loan officer since 2002 and owns his own brokerage.
Since Scott is the owner of Platinum Mtg, LLC, he can help buyers and sellers make the right decisions regarding their future homes. He does not charge junk fees so his closing costs are less than other mortgage companies. He is licensed in KY and FL.
Our clients are important to us. Most of them are friends by the time we are finished helping them with their needs. They all know they can contact us after the closing for anything and a lot of them do. We are happy to help them find landscapers, handymen, etc. We receive referrals often because we are genuine when we are working with our clients.
