I guess I'll find out how many words I can write as I begin to write about the virtues of Phil Watson and his team at the Watson Marshall Group. I recommended that my partner, Susan interview him even though she had a long standing relationship with a real estate agent in her neighborhood. Phil made strong recommendations to us throughout the home selling experience including, staging recommendations, the specific day to list the home on and what to do to make the home show perfectly. Phil was literally the best agent I could have asked for. As someone who knew absolutely zero about selling a home he made the whole process seamless. He took the reins for the entire process and all I had to was sign papers. My house needed some work before it could be sold and Phil managed the entire project from painting, to landscaping, to trash removal and so much more. All things that in my busy schedule I had no time to manage.
