Phil is very professional and attentive to requests. He made accomadations when he was not available. Kept me up to date and answered my questions to satisfaction.

I was the most pickiest house hunter there was, we probably looked at 30+ homes. Then we had problems with the bank and our loan. I feel like we ran into every speed bump there was on buying a home. Six months later we are now in a home we absolutely love! Phil went above and beyond and we are so grateful to have had him as our realtor because he never gave up on us. Phil is the best!

Philip handled a very sticky situation perfectly when it came to the sale of our home. Needless to say the two parties selling the home did not see eye-to-eye. He arranged everything and the sale went off without a hitch. Philip was great throughout the whole process he kept me informed of what was needed and everything went off on the day was supposed to. I could not recommend Philip enough he and his team are excellent!
