Phillip is a native North Carolinian, born in Sanford and having spent most of his life in the Triangle area. He has been in the real estate industry, working in several different areas including new construction, property management, and residential sales. His unique skill set has helped him excel in real estate sales and brings a perspective not found with many agents.

Phillip received his real estate license in 2010 and his full broker license in 2013. Since becoming licensed, he has developed his business based on a client-centric model.
