Presley was awesome. It was my first home buying and the situation was very tough since the market was super favorable to sellers. We tried multiple offers and every offer had different hurdle to tackle. Especially, one offer was almost about to be done, and then the seller changed her mind in the last minute. Presley was willing to help me with all these difficulties (he never hesitated to check things multiple times) and I finally made it. He was very respectful to his customers and super good at negotiations!
