Presley was great! We were first time home buyers, in a new area (Austin), and in a market favorable to sellers. We always felt like Presley had our best interest in mind, and never felt like he was pushing us into something. He was very responsive and always made time to talk with us before and after a showing. Due to an unexpected medical issue, we were unable to attend the inspection and Presley went on our behalf and represented us very well. He was able to negotiate a discount with the sellers based on something found during the inspection.
He was extremely helpful and helped us get a deal on a home, even in a difficult market. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home!
