Bought and sold. Needed help from out of state and wanted to find a perfect place for my daughter as she attended ASU. Rachel took her around and they found the perfect house. She helped find a contractor to do a couple things and it was seem less. Then my daughter graduated and from Ohio Rachel single handledly sold the house. It was a great investment. A much better experience for my daughter and it was made so because I found the right realtor. If you have a SD and have considered a house instead of 1800 a month in rent for 3 years, you should give Rachel a call for sure.
