I have known Rebecca for 6 years now. It was by chance that we found her. My parents were looking to relocate to St. Pete and were scheduled to meet with a realtor downtown St. Pete. When our family arrived to the realty office, we sat and waited to meet with our scheduled realtor. Turns out we went to the wrong office. As we waited, we got to know Rebecca who was so nice and informative. We met with the other realtor and ended up liking Rebecca so much more. She ended up representing my parents and myself with the purchase of both of our homes. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great realtor.

Rebecca has helped us sell two houses and buy two houses and she has gone above and beyond our expectations each and every time. And she was just as great when we bought houses. She has a wonderful way of getting what you need as a seller from the buyer without upsetting the buyer, which really is amazing to watch. And she doesn’t disappear when the sale is done. We contacted her 15 months after we purchased our home because we were having difficulty getting copies of our documents from the title company. Rebecca spent several days tracking down those copies for us, even going in-person to the title company to get them. That was absolutely not her job at that point, but that’s the kind of service Rebecca gives as a realtor - above and beyond!

Rebecca Larson has been a Godsend!
