It took me a month to leave this review because I really wanted to find it within myself to leave a positive one, not wanting to affect Rebecca's business. However, after reflecting on my experience, I feel it’s important to be honest.

I initially had high hopes for working with Rebecca Larson, as she appeared knowledgeable and enthusiastic at the beginning of our process. However, as time went on, I became frustrated with her inability to adapt to changes or feedback, particularly in terms of communication. Despite multiple attempts to offer constructive feedback, she was overly defensive, which made it challenging to maintain a productive working relationship.

Additionally, her tendency to overanalyze every detail led to unnecessary delays and roadblocks during the sale process. It felt as though she was paralyzed by indecision, which ended up hindering the smooth progression of the transaction.

To make matters worse, Rebecca did not attend the closing, nor did she give us a congratulations on the new home purchase, despite the fact that there were no real issues or conflicts between us. This lack of basic courtesy and professionalism was the final straw for me.

In the end, while she may have started strong, the overall experience was underwhelming and disappointing. I would have appreciated more openness to feedback and a better level of commitment to the process.

Rebecca did a fantastic job helping me find a place for seasonal occupancy in Florida. She was always on top of everything. She went above and beyond anything I could have expected. She was thorough, highly professional, and open and honest. She was in constant communication with me and was always immediately available, or returned calls expeditiously. She truly made looking for a home a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a Real Estate Professional.

Rebecca is such a pleasure to work with! She spent several days with me viewing houses that were almost all good choices because she took the time to get an understanding of what I was looking for. Since I was an hour out of town, she represented me at all the inspections and walk-throughs and made sure that I knew everything there was to know about the house without living in it. I felt like she really wanted me to find a house that would make me happy and be a good investment. She even cleaned the house before the movers came!

We met with Rebecca and she was extremely helpful with her experience and knowledge of the real estate market in the growing St. Pete's area. Rebecca's integrity is 200 percent.. She will find out your needs and interest and take it from there.
Last time we purchased a home was over 35 years ago so we can honestly say that Rebecca was a God Send in helping us through the whole real estate experience from looking at homes till final closing!!!
If you want the "Queen of Real Estate" Rebecca is most definitely the one you should choose!!
