My experience with Joan was great! She helped me for over 9 months help look for a home in the school district I wanted to be in. She frequently drove almost an hour to come meet me to show me any house I was interested in. She would send me any house that hit my criteria and would try to set up appointments to view the homes as soon as possible. As a first time home buyer, she was so helpful and patient with all the questions I had. She knew great ways to help make my offers better to try to win bids on homes. My favorite part of working with Joan was how straightforward and honest she was. A lot of other real estate agents try to sugarcoat things so you want to buy a home, Joan would go through the home and point out things wrong with the home that I would never of noticed or realized were wrong because I am unfamiliar with structures of homes. She would let me know when she thought the house was priced more than it was worth. She never tried to push me putting a bid on a house that she thought wasn’t a good fit for me. I am really glad I worked with Joan and didn’t end up purchasing a house I could of ended up regretting. I appreciated how she shared her knowledge with me and how quickly she would respond and set appointments. I would highly suggest using Joan as your real estate agent.

My experience with Joan was amazing! She really made sure she took the time to explain this whole process to me as she knew I am a first time homeowner. She was really good with communication and answering calls and or messages quickly. She also would not back down with trying everything possible in any negotiation we had to make. She very easily could have not told me the truth and taken me into something that would potentially not be a good deal for me. But she did not do that and she actually did the opposite!! I absolutely HIGHLY recommend her!

Not only did she sell my house, but she worked on finding my husband and I our dream house and worked her magic to ensure we were the ones to purchase the house.
