My spouse is on active duty in the Navy and is currently out to sea. Rosalind ensured she was available no matter the time; she always answered her phone for him or me. I did not know what to expect when I decided to put my home on the market. There were so many opinions out there on if it was a good time to do it. Rosalind met with me and I expressed my hesitations. She listened to all of my concerns and explained how the entire process works. She made sure I had a clear understanding of all the steps involved. She did not put any pressure on me either way, which made me feel more comfortable. When I decided to put the house on the market she kept me informed every step of the way. I had heard horror stories from friends, but I can honestly say I was very lucky to have her representing me. She showed her expertise through the entire process and kept me from stressing about the process from beginning to end. She advised me that the house would not be on the market long and boy was she right. It sold in 2 days. Even one of my neighbors was impressed by the speedy sale. I was very fortunate because I have experienced this process with other agents.

Rosalind was a God Send. We had a PCS move with the NAVY and she came in clutch. Always responsive whenever we had questions and very patient with us due to the slow season when we put up our house for sale (Winter 2023). We were able to sell our house at a value that greatly exceeded our expectations, and it has given my wife and my family financial freedom. I will be recommending her to all my friends and any family that live or are moving to the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. If I could give 10 stars on her service, I would!!!

Very attentive, Always available and very professional. We also noticed she's very well respected in the real estate profession. We spent maybe 2 months searching for what we wanted. Once we found the home for us. We closed in Maybe 3 months. Everything went smooth.

My name is Tanya Rainey-Garland, You constantly think of what can be said about Mrs. Levy that people don’t already know. I’ve recently gotten married and moved to Georgia all at once. Months later I decided to sell my house. Of course , everything needed to be done by phone calls and electronically.
