Kelly is amazing! Every aspect of the home buying process with her was great. In a very competitive sellers market, she NEVER went on "cruise control" and just went through the motions.
Her proactive approach and taking the time and effort to really listen to what was important to me was really appreciated!
I do not have enough superlatives to describe how impressed I am with her professionalism, relationship skills, and ability to educate the buyer (me) as we navigated the process.

I was super pleased with the Hollowells' honesty re: a potential sale price point for the home, depth of knowledge about the local area and preparedness during our initial meeting and every other meeting. In addition their responsiveness was very satisfying both in terms of quality of feedback & the speed with which Kelly returned my calls or answered queries. Their resourcefulness in assisting me to find local contractors to help me get ready to sell was so very helpful especially since I don't live in the area. Also, I appreciate that they were forthright about things that they could not do. Finally, I have to say that I am just as pleased with how easy it was to talk with Kelly (I mostly spoke with her).
