Ruben did an incredible job assisting me all through the process of purchasing my new single-family house. I lived in a small room in San Leandro and I got a job at Fairfield, upon all the expenses on transportation, I had to relocate to a place closer to my Job . Had no clue about housing by then, didn't want to go into apartments no more decided on the side to look out on houses did applications and applications couldn't get qualify in the beginning because i was a contractor. he gave me a step through about houses advised me to accomplish the six months as a contractor till I got switched to a full-time position and came back to him and he guided me through the process as a mentor, not only was he respectful and punctual, he was such a kind and safe person to deal with. He provided an outstanding explanation and well detailed view on how to purchase a house and helped me with all documentations. As a review I will say he is very professional, and I will highly recommend him.
