Jimmy went above and beyond in working with me to sell my brother's house as part of the trust management plan that I was responsible for implementing. I met Jimmy at the house in Gold River California and we agreed on a plan and set our goals then I returned to Colorado where I live. Our coummunication over the insuing months was very clear and he worked extremely hard in a very difficult real estate market to get the house sold. The paper work, escrow-closing, and marketing could not have gone any smoother. Everything was handled over the internet including document signing and money transfers. I would hire Jimmy Castro again without giving it a second thought should I ever need a real estate agent in the Northern California area.

WOW!! Jimmy and his team were exceptional! I don't often write reviews for many services, but I absolutely have to write one for Jimmy. He is amazing! He spent a lot of time explaining the selling process and answered all my questions and concerns. He made me feel completely comfortable of what I was about to embark on and explained to me exactly what to expect. He was honest, straight forward, and very understanding. Once we officially started the process, everything went through smoothly. The whole process felt very easy thanks to Jimmy. I had a good basis of comparison as I have worked with many real estate professionals buying and selling properties throughout the years. I can't say enough about his customer service, he always answers my emails and phone calls extremely prompt even when it's late at night or weekends. He made me feel like I was selling a multi-million-dollar property. I will never hesitate to go back to Jimmy if I ever need real estate help. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
