Jimmy went above and beyond in working with me to sell my brother's house as part of the trust management plan that I was responsible for implementing. I met Jimmy at the house in Gold River California and we agreed on a plan and set our goals then I returned to Colorado where I live. Our coummunication over the insuing months was very clear and he worked extremely hard in a very difficult real estate market to get the house sold. The paper work, escrow-closing, and marketing could not have gone any smoother. Everything was handled over the internet including document signing and money transfers.
