Sam Mickens & his staff consulted with my grandparents & I regarding concerns my grandparents had on their rental property. Not only was Sammy professional, friendly & very knowledgeable, he really took the time to address every question & concern my grandparents had & explained to them all their options depending on what route they wanted to go in. He did this out of the kindness of his heart & didn’t charge my grandparents a dime. Ultimately, what Sammy recommended for my grandparents to do, was to hold on to their rental property for now instead of selling it. Even though that meant Sammy would not make any commission because that recommendation served my grandparents best interests. That kind of integrity & trust is something that is sorely needed when deciding one’s own family’s future.
