Kim handled the sale of my home in Rio Vista. I had taken a new job out of state and was constantly traveling back and forth between home and the new job. My wife was also six months pregnant at the time. Kim made herself available to help my wife with anything she needed while I was out of town. She handled all issues with the sale (none of which were caused by her or her team. Broken window from gardener, buyer underwriter asking for something last minute). I was able to get significantly more than asking, which I believe was in large part thanks to Kim. Overall she took a stressful situation and made it much easier on my wife and myself.
