Looking at prices over the rolling three-month period ending in May 2026, the typical home value is about $560,000, up modestly from a year ago. Inventory has expanded compared with last year, with active listings up around 7% and new listings higher as well, giving buyers a bit more to choose from without tipping the scale away from sellers.

Even though median days on market has risen to 21 days compared with much faster conditions a year ago, properties still move at a relatively steady pace given the limited supply.
