If you are looking to buy a house, you can't go wrong having Samantha Hassinger as your realtor! From answering phone calls, text/facebook messages, emails she also helped work with the bank and push them to get to close ASAP. She agave us advice to make the house ours after closing, showed us houses an hour away if needed, as wells as not only getting us accepted but fought for us to get the best deal (sellers hit us with side offer) as well as fought for sellers to pay for things that needed fixed! I swear Sam works 24/7, I would email her a house and she was scheduling a showing the same day. We toured our current house and within 2 days they accepted our offer! Sam fought for us to close not only as soon as possible, but both my sister and I got to purchase our houses on the same day, same time! Sam is the best!
