Due to a sudden change in my living situation I needed to find a home on a short timeline. Sarah was more than accommodating, spending several days touring multiple homes with me until I found the right one. She was very knowledgeable about the closing process, helping me place an offer which was quickly accepted while still being well within my budget in a very competitive housing market. She was always available to answer questions or calm my nerves when I was stressed about things. I’m absolutely in love with my new home and can’t thank Sarah enough for her assistance in helping me purchase it.

Sarah was such an amazing realtor! We were being kind of picky with what we wanted and she found us exactly what we were looking for! It took a while but she stuck with us and never made us feel like a burden or like we were asking too much. She is very responsive and informative. Every time we met for a showing was like seeing an old friend. She even pushed us to go see the house we ended up buying when we originally said no! Thanks for taking the time with us Sarah! Sarah made purchasing my first home less overwhelming of a process. She was quick to answer any questions I had, (which was a lot!) and if she didn't know the answer she would find it. She suggested a lender that she personally works with, and was able to get a much higher pre approval than my original lender. Her inspector recommendation was fantastic as well.
