Scott Jackson

I’m Scott Jackson, Broker | Owner of 43 Elegance Realty, serving buyers and sellers throughout Boise and Idaho’s Treasure Valley.

My background is somewhat different from that of most real estate agents. Before focusing on brokerage, I spent more than a decade in residential appraisal and valuation. I later moved into real estate sales, earned my Idaho broker license, and ultimately founded my own independent brokerage. That combination gives my clients both direct broker-level representation and a strong analytical foundation for making real estate decisions.

For sellers, I bring an appraiser’s understanding of comparable sales, marketability, pricing, buyer behavior, and the appraisal process. My goal is not simply to suggest a list price but to develop a pricing and marketing strategy that is defensible in the current market and designed to protect both your equity and your negotiating position.

For buyers, I use that same valuation background to help determine what a property is actually worth, identify strengths and potential concerns, evaluate comparable sales, structure offers intelligently, and address appraisal issues if they arise.

I also closely track Treasure Valley market activity and trends rather than relying solely on broad monthly statistics. That allows me to give clients current, local context about inventory, competition, pricing, market velocity, and negotiating conditions.

As the Broker | Owner of 43 Elegance Realty, clients work directly with me. I remain personally involved from our first conversation through negotiations, inspections, appraisal, and closing. My approach is straightforward: provide clear information, communicate consistently, negotiate effectively, and give clients the data and professional guidance they need to make confident decisions without unnecessary sales pressure.

I serve Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Star, Middleton, Nampa, Caldwell, Kuna, and the surrounding Treasure Valley.
