My first year in Real Estate I earned the Rising Star Award with my firm with almost $7m in closed sales as a transaction broker helping buyers and sellers in the Panama City Beach area. I doubled my sales last year and expanded my service area to include the Destin area for my rental condo buyers. My knowledge of the specific areas of the beach and working in most of the condos in the area daily for the last three years gives my buyers a wealth of information when choosing there rental property or vacation home.

I also utilize daily local market reports to keep up with sales trends and pricing so my clients in the market for a single family home know what to expect when making an offer. My connections with local lenders is also a huge positive for my clients and in most cases I can get them a pre-approval in less than a day. My client's peace of mind is my top consideration and I do my best to make each transaction as seamless and worry free as possible.
