We were matched with Deanna through Zillow to gain access to a home we wanted to see and were not expecting to establish a long term relationship. However, even before meeting Deanna in person, we were impressed by her prompt and clear communication and knowledge of the greater Pasadena market. Upon meeting Deanna, she was down to Earth, thorough in answering our questions (of which we had many as recent transplants from New York), and all around pleasant. She educated us not just about Pasadena, but about the surrounding cities including Burbank, and Glendale. We quickly decided to continue working with Deanna in our home search. Deanna was diligent in finding and sending along homes that met our search criteria, setting up viewings, and soliciting our feedback. She provided candid advice when asked, which we appreciated.
