Shane Halleman spent the time to evaluate our home and do thorough market analysis for similar homes in the area. After his research, he felt we could price aggressively to maximize our income. He comforted our concerns and after only one week on the market we had an offer for more than we thought we would be able to get. Shane's experience and knowledge of the market in terms of inventory and buyers was spot on and resulted in us maximizing our return on the sale of our home. His work let us get a larger down payment for our new home. We don't plan on leaving here anytime soon, but if/when we do, we'll be calling Shane.
