Shane was very good about keeping me informed about what was going on and made the sale of my home as easy as I believe it could've been. I didn't have to do much more than sign a few documents via email and show up to close.

I have no complaints and would recommend him to others. He's very polite and patient.

I would recommend Shane Willard to anyone trying to sell their house. He will take good care of you while getting your house sold asap. He was very professional and easy to get in contact with when I had questions. My house sold in just over 2 months which was perfect timing for me, and I wasn't stuck with a mortgage payment after I had moved. Thanks Shane for all your hard work in getting my house sold.

With my wife and me being out-of-state the responsibility of all actions fell upon Shane's shoulders. He did quite admirably. If my daughter ever decides to sell her house I will recommend that she let Shane Willard represent her and her interests. And, when it comes to my baby girl, I am very selective and protective.
