Shawnett is very personable, makes honest evaluation of the property, knows contacts that are honest potential buyers of the property. She was able to find a buyer of property that was in total disrepair. She is very personable in assisting dwellers to relocate. I give her the highest rating of any realators with whom I have had contact.

Shawnett was a godsend to my family while we navigated selling my dad's house after he passed. The whole thing was so difficult, physically, emotionally, and financially, but I truly felt like Shawnett was there with us every step along the way. Not only did the sale of the house go much better than we expected, but Shawnett helped us so much with cleaning, donating and/or selling some items, and just generally being the exact person I needed in my corner during the hardest time in my life so far. Everyone in her office that I've worked with has also been extremely helpful and professional. I cannot thank you all enough.

Shawnett Wilson is fantastic! I'm a senior citizen. I have purchased 6 homes, 5 in Kansas and 1 in Texas. Shawnett Wilson provided the most attentive service of all of the real estate agents I have worked with. The preparation to sell my deceased brother in law's house was a huge job. Shawnett, and her hep, worked tirelessly. While I don't remember the exact date I hired her, from start to finish, you might have thought she had no other clients (and I know she did have other clients). She made a comment to me during the interview. The best relationship I could look for is one where the real estate agent and I appreciate each other and we try to accommodate each others needs.
