Shelonda Peters-Smith was born in Brooklyn, raised in Brentwood, and later moved to Farmingdale. She comes from a background of 11 years in the fashion industry and brings perseverance, reliability, organization, and attention to detail to her real estate clients.

Shelonda attended the Fashion Institute of Technology, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising. Her expertise in Fashion Merchandising provides her with a unique insight into negotiating prices, finding great deals, and product placement.

Shelonda entered the real estate world to become her own boss, provide better for her family, and help people achieve homeownership—she hasn’t looked back since.

In her free time, Shelonda enjoys traveling, fine dining, shopping, and visiting museums.
