My previous life was spent as an academic. I hold a PhD from UNC, an MA from the University of Wyoming, and a BA in Philosophy. All of this schooling distinguishes me as a realtor in two significant ways: 1) I take research seriously. I believe that more knowledge is better and that clients deserve nothing less than fully researched, well-articulated reasons for the advice I provide.
2) My classical training in the art of intellectual critique gives me a serious leg up on the competition when it comes to negotiating strategies. Like the game of chess, successful buying and selling both require thoughtful tactics that must be employed at the right time. My years as an academic have uniquely honed my ability to guide clients to checkmate the market.
The last thing that sets me apart from other realtors is my dedication to my clients. I refuse to take on more clients than I can devote my full attention to. For me, this business is not about 'stuffing my pipeline'—it's about helping you get what you need.
