We met Sherri, when we decided to take a look at a house we saw on Zillow. From there she became our realtor. Showing us each, giving advice and making sure that each house had important items that were up to date like the furnace and water heater. Looking for a house and bidding was very stressful for me, but she encouraged me and was patient with me, through the whole process the house buying market is rough now, but through it all we were able to find a house with everything we wanted in it. And I am thankful for Sherri’s help.

Sherri was very patient with me and assisted me with re-locating from another state. Good experience. Sherri was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right home. Highly recommend.

Sherri is the best that you can get! We were in a tough position with a different realtor, and we switched over to her and she truly saved the day! She is so communicative, and will always answer any and all concerns and questions. She is always there at every step of the way. She is very knowledgeable, and if she doesn't know, she will find out. I couldn't ask for a better realtor!!! Highly recommend!

Sherri helped us look at several homes before finding the one we chose to buy. Once we told her we wanted to submit an offer she had the offer in the hands of the sellers realtor very quickly. Sherri also assisted in finding financing and an attorney. Couldn't be happier.

Sherri Toates was Amazing . I started looking for a home and there were several I requested to walk through . Sherri always made it happen even when I made last minute request to see homes. Sherri was always on time meeting me at homes and completing any paper work that needed to be submitted. When I found a home I really liked Sherri had my offer written up and completed for me within that day. Her Negotiation skills are superb . Sherri was able to submit my contract, Negotiate the price and then set up my closing on the home I wanted . This was all done within the 2 months I worked with Sherri. Sherri’s professionalism and dedication to help me find a home was truly astonishing. I would highly recommend using Sherri Toates as your real-estate agent to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, You won’t be disappointed she’s great.
