If I could give 10 stars I would! We have sold/purchased many homes through the years and I myself was a realtor at one point in my life. But Shvonne is the best I have encountered for sure. Because of our experience with selling, we had thought we would sell “for sale by owner” but I’m so glad we didn’t. She took all the pressure and stress of selling off of us. We had already done a CMA and come up with a list price which she thought was on point with the market at the high end but she was able to get us 25K over asking!!! She was always on top of things...even anticipating glitches that might come up and intercepting to resolve before they became a problem. She kept both closing companies on track calling daily sometimes to keep us on schedule for or closing date. You can’t go wrong by choosing her as your realtor. SHE IS THE BEST!!!!

Shvonne was great. She was always available, returned calls promptly, and answered around a thousand questions. The process was unbelievably painless. She is knowledgeable and professional, and the whole process went smoothly. Shvonne went above and beyond what was required of her. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
