After interviewing 6 or 7 realtors representing various brokers, I was extremely impressed by the "Can do" attitude of Stacy Priddy (Berkshire Hathaway) in contrast to the competition. Just about every agent expressed an opinion that my thoughts for selling my house were wrong. From price to marketing strategy, I was amazed by the negativity and the criticism expressed, however Stacy listened to my ideas and agreed with most of my points and suggested alternatives that complimented what I offered. She was willing to incorporate those ideas into an excellent marketing plan that produced immediate results. The house sold in 4 days. She won me over because of a willingness to be flexible. Together we succeeded in accomplishing my goals. Not only that, once we had an executed contract, Stacy took charge of the process and did all of the necessary inspections, notices and requirements, as well as keeping me informed of the progress. I'm confident that she has the satisfaction of a job well

I had never dealt with a realtor before but heard many horror stories about realtors being bossy, strong willed and sometimes pressuring. I was looking for someone who would be understanding and looking after my well-being, no matter how long it took to sell the house.
