Let me introduce myself. I am Stephanie Youngblood and have been selling homes and making friends for more than 30 years. I got my start in the business in 1983 with Coldwell Banker, and shortly after that, Latter and Blum bought the residential division. I was too new to know that business was not good since the oil industry had moved out of the state and many sellers had lost their jobs. Since then, I have ridden the roller coaster of all the ups and downs, including Hurricane Katrina. I owned two ReMax offices, but after 9/11, I decided that what I love is helping families find homes. Striving to be the best agent I can be has motivated me to learn as much as possible about the area I service. I am an Associate Broker, a Graduate of the Realtor Institute, an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, and certified in Relocation.
