Inventory and contract activity in Kentwood are shifting in this rolling three-month view ending in May 2026. Active listings are up sharply compared with a year ago, rising nearly 64 percent, while new listings have increased about 52 percent. Pending sales are also higher than last year, with a roughly 35 percent gain, even though only two homes closed in the most recent period.

Despite this, roughly half of listings still go off the market within two weeks, showing a split between slower-moving and quickly absorbed homes.
