Alicia is incredible at her job. I know this because we worked with her off and on for over FOUR YEARS before we finally settled on our home (totally our fault, we were/are both gun-shy, indecisive, and picky.) NEVER did she lose patience, NEVER was she anything but professional, helpful, informative,100% responsive, and in our corner. I’ve text her at 6am, 9pm, and just about every time in between, and she always responded within 5 minutes or so (not recommending you do that of course, it was a bit of a night-shift working accident. Sorry Alicia! :D) But still. The woman's dedication to her clients is as impressive as she is herself. After the buying process was over, my husband and I looked at each other and said,” That’s it?” She made the process seamless. She even watched our two-year-old during closing! I have the photocopied hand prints hanging on my fridge to prove it! Seriously, if you are looking for a real estate agent, you will not find one who can compete with Alicia’s knowledge, dedication, and skill, all in one friendly and down to earth package. Text her. Try her. You won’t regret it. And if she and her husband invite you over for fried fish and wine night, take her up on that, too. Believe me, that family can COOK!

Alicia was amazing - she far exceeded my expectations of a real estate professional! We live in another state and she attended all of the home inspections to ensure we were getting a house with minimal issues. The first house we selected was beautiful but the home inspection proved that some previous repairs would likely have to be redone at great expense. She called immediately to let us know so we could decide on whether it was worth pursuing that house or selecting another. We ended up going with our second choice but absolutely love it! Alicia’s energy, local knowledge and personality made buying a house a pleasurable experience and I highly recommend her to anyone thinking of buying in the New Orleans and it’s nearby areas.
