We worked with Steve to buy our first home, and he was a wonderful resource. He understood our situation and focused on what was best for us. When it came time to sell this home and move across the country, we didn't think twice to call up Steve. He gave us good advice, recommended affordable quality contractors, and ultimately got us a great price for our home.

I found Steve through an online realtor search engine. I liked that he had experience selling in the local area. Also, he contacted me within 30 minutes of receiving his information. During that initial call with him I felt at ease, I felt he truly understood my situation and I felt he was just the right person to handle the sale/purchase of homes.

Steve and his team stand out because I always felt like I was their number one priority. Always very responsive and supportive. I would certainly recommend him to anyone that needs to sell or buy a home!

Every member of Steve’s Team was fantastic. Steve helped us get the right price and not overspend during house preparations. Michelle was wonderful with everything she did to keep the process moving and reassure us every step of the way. Sherry’s communication was pivotal to keep us informed of any updates. Steve Forsythe is professional and an expert in his field. He has a way of keeping every detail in check with a kind, calm disposition. He is very approachable and goes above and beyond your expectations. He made a difficult situation in my case, and turned it into an easy transition with patience and proficiency.
