We would definitely work with Steven Spencer. Steven was a very hard working agent. He took care of everything, and handled it all so professionally.
He did so much work answering questions for prospective buyers about everything from HOA questions, to questions about zoning for shop buildings and more.
Steven kept us up to date on everything from when we were preparing to list our home for sale to when the sale closed. . He even followed up with us when we’d purchased our home in a new city to make sure everything went smoothly on this end too.
