I found that Tammy lacks integrity. In an online posting, she indicated that a house had a new garbage disposal. In reality. It didn’t have a garbage disposal at all. When she was questioning about this at our closing, she said it was a type of graphical error, and that she had a wrong key when she filled out the information. She made no effort to correct a situation and, in fact, refused to provide a garbage disposal to make the situation right. The house she sold had a ridiculous amount of trash, garden debris, and rubbish Hidden behind a shed. In the contract, we stated that we wanted this removed. She agreed to it, but did not do it until three weeks after the closing. The only reason she did it was because we contacted her broker to report her negligence. In my experiences with Tammy, she takes the money and runs. There are many professional real estate agents in the Dayton area; Tammy is not one of them. she is out for herself.

Tami is an outstanding realtor and over all a great person. She listened to all of our wants/needs and deal breakers. We have half a dozen children and she was very patient, kind, and easy to work with. Tami really goes up and beyond. We are so greatful we got to work with her and she helped us find our home. Highly recommended.

This was our first experience in buying a home and believe me Tammi I felt she had a big challenge on her hands with me! Someday's we would look at one or two other days we played a waiting game for more houses to come on the market. After awhile it became a headache always getting over bidded or cash buyers. All of a sudden our house came on line we went in after looking at the house I felt fast and hard. Tammi kept our hope up I wasn't sure of the house first but she knew this was the one and guess what it was and is . I thank God for Tammi and our Loan officer they were God sent and AWESOME. I am grateful if anyone ever needs a realtor please keep in mind my friend Tammi and her team. Thanks again for putting up with me and all you helped us do.
