Erin Warfield was a life saver. The odds were piled against us. Due to job commitments, time zone differences, relocating and switching jobs 17hrs across country on my own with 2 little ones, and the busy demands of the current market, it was almost impossible for my husband and I to find a home. At one point I wanted to give up or lower our standards on our home wish list. It just seemed we were not going to find a home with the current demands in homes along with finding a seller who would take our strict VA offer over so many "cash as is" offers going around in 2021.
