We love our new home!!

It was important that my Realtor understood that I wanted to move once. Sell a home and purchase all at once.

Tamika knew just the type of neighborhood, amenities and price point needed for me in selection of a home. A home sells itself or not. She did not try to sell she just informed.

The sell and purchase were flawless. We listed last on Thursday and showing started Friday morning. By Sunday evening there had been over 27 showings and Monday morning there were 7 offers. There was even a waiting list of people after I picked an offer.

I have been working with Tamika ever since I moved to San Antonio. She has helped me to find a home when I could only afford to rent and then was right there for me when I was looking to buy my own home. At one point I was having trouble with the place that I was renting, and before I could call her she had me on the phone checking to see if I was okay. Somehow she had seen the place I was living went up for rent within months of my move in and knew something was wrong. Rather than wait, Tamika stepped in not for the commission, but because she cared about me having a place to live. And that is why I like Tamika. For Tamika, it is not about the commission or just doing the job...it's about making sure her client is finding something that meets their dreams to have a happy home. And it doesn't stop there. Even once all the paper work is signed and the keys are handed over, Tamika is still there as a professional and a friend. She knows that maintaining good relationships with her clients even after the sale is important. Tamika has checked in on us to ensure our home is what we wanted and continues to assist us when something goes wrong.
