Tammy Scheiter

Tammy helped us buy a vacation home at the lake. She started out by showing us a house that we had not previously seen online. It was a great fit. She handled the negotiations easily with the sellers that also lived out of town. As the date drew near, she went the extra mile to solve small issues and kept the closing on time. Tammy's fun, full of energy and extremely knowledgable.

I had the privilege of working with Tammy as my realtor when looking to purchase a property at the Lake of the Ozarks. Tammy’s knowledge about real estate is multi-faceted and she is most certainly able to do more than the average agent. I appreciated her ability to advise me post inspection; and when a situation took place with financing, she was there to help and support me in every possible way possible. Tammy went out of her way to help find solutions to every issue and made herself available day and night to get the job done.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tammy to any person who is looking to buy or sell a home, as well as seek her service in any of my future real estate transactions.

I would highly recommend Tammy Scheiter for all of your real estate needs based on her experience, her tremendous follow up, and her professional manner in dealing with buyers and sellers. Tammy displayed from the start the ability to listen and ask the right questions when determing our needs.
Tammy also exhibits a lot of patience and is well orchestrtaed when working with her clients. Her recommendations in regards to financing, insurance and all details associated with our purchase made this experience worth noting.
My wife and I purchased a condo at the lake with Tammy's help and the whole experience was extremely enjoyable.
